Job Description

  • Manpower Planning (strength approval and lock) for Blue-collar Employees (Worker Level) in coordination with Industrial Engineer
  •  Managing Recruitment and selection of Skilled and Unskilled Workers.
  • Performance monitoring/appraisals of blue-collar employees Quarterly / Annual basis.
  • Managing T&D of blue-collar employees (social compliance training)
  • Defining skills levels, criteria for skill assessment, evaluating skill sets of employees on defined parameters in coordination with Group Manager OD / Deputy Manager OD.
  • Preparing work instructions/job descriptions of blue-collar employees.
  • Managing time office matters including payroll
  • Employees benefits administration such as OPD Medical, Group Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, fuel entitlements etc.
  • Managing workers' grievances and disciplinary issues as per labor laws and company policy.
  • All other HR operational matters such as record keeping, documentation etc.
  • Maintaining ISO records and conducting awareness for compliances
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and arrange MRMs.
  • Perform risk assessments in coordination with relevant stakeholders and maintain and implement its proper records accordingly.
  • Checking of Apparel division documents such as requisitions, appointment letters etc. for approval of HR Head
  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation for SOCIAL COMPLIANCES
  • To increase QMS & HSE compliance awareness at all levels within the organization through training and counseling sessions.
  • To set a system for quick response to fires and other emergencies regarding property and workers and monitor for its effectiveness based on installed equipment & training.
  • To conduct monthly safety meetings with 6-S/Compliance team captains & nominated staff, prepare minutes of meetings, and ensure that all NCs mentioned in the meeting are rectified and corrected and proper record keeping/documentation is done.
  • To schedule internal audits on a quarterly basis and report audit results to the Top Management. Also, initiate CAP against audit NCs and follow-up for closing on time.
  • To act as a lead auditor during internal audits on QMS & HSE and train Co-auditors.
  • To maintain a log of CAP reports, compile data analysis of improvement and Risk rating and present to the Management on a monthly basis.
  • To prepare the monthly data analysis report & Quality objective achievement reports.
  • To coordinate/manage surveillance and other external audits.
  • To work in coordination with the OD section of HR regarding policies and procedure development and implementation.
  • Any other HR&C related work as per instructions of seniors.

Job Specifications:

BBA or MBA specialization in HR with 7 - 8 years relevant experience of HR & Compliance (Both)
