1) To achieve Sales, Recovery, Turnover and Sales Channels Development Targets of the designated area
2) To provide leadership to branch Sales Team and distribution of targets to each SBU for sales and recovery
3) To develop business PR with the dealers
4) To prepare monthly / Qtrly / annual Sales and recovery plans
5) Working with branch team to motivate and drive in Sales-output performance
6) Serving as the key point of contact for Sales Team and addressing reconciliation issues for smooth operations
7) Effective utilization of resources and control of expenses within the allocated branch budget
8) To provide timely feedback, weekly / monthly reports of sales, market and competitor report
9) To ensure the compliance with the best practices of work, discipline and professional behavior
10) To maintain an equilibrium in between sales and dealer stock / inventory levels
11) Achievement of branch sales and recovery targets
12) To lead & coach branch sales team and provide support in their job functions
13) Exploring new potential points to penetrate with maximum market share
