Job Description

  • Develop brand strategies that will help in growing market share, improving public opinion, and build employer branding
  • Identify potential threats and risks on ground to the brands
  • Increase top-of-mind awareness amongst customers
  • Develop and execute vibrant localized plans to engage customers
  • Innovate new ways positioning and projection through linking conceptual ideas and on ground campaigns
  • Align with Trade Marketing and Research functions to ensure brand projection and campaigns are up to standards
  • Collaborate across functions to activate brand plans seamlessly
  • Develop employer branding collateral and campaigns with T&OE
  • Design and launch events to engage customers and raise brand presence and reliability
  • Identify industry and function events to attend and represent Samsons at these events
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth brand activation
  • Identify and track Brand Health indicators of campaign and activity performance
  • Analyze market feedback and information to create reports
  • Carry out deep analytics on all available market and consumer data
  • Initiate course correction as needed for success
  • Develop style and brand guides based on the unique selling point of the brands
  • Translate conceptual ideas into on-ground activites
  • Brainstorm and create new ways of engaging customers and distributors through various channels
  • Design products and promotions in innovative ways to attract attention
  • Ensure assinged brand volume
  • Propose rolling cycle plan
  • Propose solution to counter comptition
  • Propose Brand spending budget
  • Manage the brand marketing budget such that there is clear ROI in marketing spend
  • Review forecasts and budgets to identify potential adjustments as per brand performance
  • Ensure function spending is within budgets
  • Continuously improve on current SOPs
  • Oversee talent adherance to business standards
  • Increase operational efficiency through innovation
  • Respect own time and other's time by being time sensitive
  • Provide support in touch point development of TPOSM/POSM
  • Increase brand visibility at POS
  • Provide support in development of group activities
  • Increase operational efficiency through innovation
