• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)

• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)

• Correspondence with the client on Email and Calls to satisfy their client’s queries on a daily basis

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Word

• Excellent English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
