We are seeking a skilled Sanco Oven Operator to join our production team in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Sanco ovens used in cake and biscuit production, ensuring that baking temperatures and timings meet quality standards. This role requires close attention to oven performance, timely reporting of any technical issues, and maintaining consistent product quality while minimizing wastage. The operator will also be expected to follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols, keep accurate production records, and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Sanco ovens for cake and biscuit production processes.
- Maintain precise baking temperatures and timings to ensure product quality.
- Monitor oven performance regularly and report any technical malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure consistent baking quality to minimize product wastage.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and production standards at all times.
- Maintain detailed production records and ensure thorough cleaning of ovens and related equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience operating industrial ovens or in a similar production environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in food production or bakery settings is highly advantageous.
- Salary range: PKR 45,000 to 50,000 per month.
- Benefits include gratuity, paid leaves, EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution), attendance allowance, and heat allowance.
- Working hours consist of 12-hour shifts, alternating between morning (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) and night (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) shifts. Each shift includes 1.5 hours of overtime daily.
- This is an in-person position based at the Korangi facility in Karachi.
