Role: Accounts Officer
Type: On-site
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and Processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Tracking organization expenses
- Handling accounts payables and receivables
- Bank/Ledger reconciliation
- Maintaining petty cash book
- Managing company's payroll
- Preparing, submitting and managing taxes
Skills needed:
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Proficiency using programs like QuickBooks
- Proficiency using MS Excel
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
- Strong verbal and written communication
Requirements:
- Bachelors in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the described role
- MS excel
Benefits:
