Key Responsibilities
• Lead the hot kitchen section with a focus on continental and Italian dishes
• Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure top performance
• Collaborate on menu planning and food cost management
Requirements
• Proven culinary experience (3+ years preferred)
• Expertise in continental and Italian café-style cuisine
• Strong cooking and plating skills
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
