We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Administrator to manage and support our company’s SAP environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of SAP systems while providing user support and managing system configurations. This role requires close collaboration with both functional and technical teams to maintain seamless SAP operations and support business needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SAP systems, including SAP Business One and other relevant modules. Monitor system performance regularly to ensure high availability and reliability of SAP applications. Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring compliance with SAP security policies. Provide support for SAP functional modules such as MM, SD, FICO, and PP by working closely with consultants and key users. Handle transport management (CTS), client administration, and system refresh processes efficiently. Apply patches, upgrades, and updates to maintain optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical SAP issues promptly to minimize business disruptions. Coordinate with SAP support teams, vendors, and partners to ensure effective issue resolution and service delivery. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration logs, and standard operating procedures. Ensure data integrity by managing backups and maintaining compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Assist in SAP project implementations, system migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Two to five years of hands-on experience as an SAP Administrator or SAP Basis Consultant. Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, including user and security management as well as system architecture. Experience working with SAP GUI, SAP Solution Manager, and database platforms such as Oracle, HANA, or SQL. Familiarity with SAP modules like MM, SD, FICO, or S/4HANA is advantageous. Understanding of ITIL processes and change management principles. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
