Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules to support business processes and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations and customizations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FI/CO best practices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP financial modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
- Support end-users by delivering training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to maintain the integrity and performance of SAP applications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration, integration, and support within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP financial implementations and upgrades.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and deliver practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
