SAP DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Union Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd. is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated textile manufacturing company equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in weaving, processing, and stitching. As part of our expansion and growth plans, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated SAP Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh candidates or those with up to one year of relevant experience who possess basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and an understanding of data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the SAP system.
- Perform daily data entry and manage records efficiently.
- Verify information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support data-related activities.
- Prepare basic reports while ensuring data confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Fresh candidates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is required; familiarity with SAP MM, SD, or FI modules will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and general computer skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA in modules such as MDM, PP, MM, and SD is required, with at least one year of exposure.
- This is a full-time, in-person position located in the SITE Area of Karachi, Pakistan.
