SAP SD - Senior Consultant - L3

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8 to 14 years of relevant experience, specializing in S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD and Order to Cash (OTC) processes, with expertise in IDOC, LE, EDI, and related technologies. Candidates should have completed a minimum of 2 to 4 greenfield end-to-end implementations and possess a solid understanding of cross-functional integration involving SD and other core SAP modules. This role offers opportunities across multiple locations, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi, with a notice period ranging from immediate to 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations and support activities, ensuring smooth project delivery and system stability.
- Design and configure business scenarios based on SAP best practices and client requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in IDOC/LE and EDI-IDOCS for seamless data exchange and integration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, integrating SD with modules such as FICO, PP, MM, and ABAP.
- Develop functional specifications for new developments and change requests, ensuring clear documentation and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor daily support tickets, analyze issues, provide timely resolutions, and work towards closure within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
- Apply basic debugging skills to identify and address functional problems.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to deliver practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels, including top management, maintaining a professional executive presence.
- Transfer knowledge within the team and stay updated on current SAP trends and technical advancements.
- Act as a team player, contributing positively to the work environment and company culture.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with at least 2 to 4 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong business process knowledge and ability to link business requirements to IT solutions.
- Proficiency in IDOC/LE and EDI-IDOCS.
- Experience with cross-functional integration between SD and other SAP modules such as FICO, PP, MM, and ABAP.
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
