A growing company is looking to onboard a diligent Floor Manager who will have the following qualites:
- Be aesthetically professional and inculcate it across the floor
- Works on building a team and maintaing KPI's
- Good communication skills
- Goal oriented and engages in skillful tasks assigned
- Reporting and sales strategies
- Training from grass root level
- Driven and focused
The incumbent should have proven track record of working in a sales-based environment and/or leading and managing a sales team.
Previous call center experience would be a plus.
