Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance analyst for an International outbound call center.
  • The incumbent will be required to conduct frequent calibration sessions with the team.
  • Train and guide sales reps for QA parameters and guidelines.
  • Evaluate agent calls and provide daily feedback. 
  • Ability to work a NIGHT shift from 8pm.
  • Fluency in English language is a must.
