Responsible for operations of E-commerce. Monitor Inventory level, pending orders from Warehouse end and pending deliveries from Couriers end. EST warehouse (orders related), supply chain (STRs and Article movement)
- Manage inventory within Shopify and Candela
- Create Adhoc reports required by all relevant Stakeholders
- POC for warehouse
- Conduct bi-weekly Inventory Recon as per defined criteria
- Ensure CS Team’s queries are responded to within KPIs
- Initiate replenishment and off-racking as per findings of inventory recon
- Share daily report of pending parcels with CS team
- Manage and reconcile courier payments with accounts
- Follow up on pending STRs (receiving and dispatch) with warehouse, stores and couriers.
- Identify and request corrections for all candela errors daily
- Reconcile all Shopify tags daily
- Ensure all orders are correctly tagged in Shopify
- Oversee and verify monthly audit implementation
- Maintain STR Dashboard.
