PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet deadlines and productivity standards for processing work files, including but not limited to:
Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of automations, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, Voice-mail and Payor Websites.
Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts on an ongoing basis. Establish goals with the Administrative Coordinator and track progress. Comply with hospital confidentiality policy. Manage special projects as assigned.
