- At least 15 years total work experience
- PEC Certified (Pakistan Engineering Counsel)
- PE (Principle Engineer Certification) preferable.
- Similar works experience 5 years
- A team leader having team-building activities to enhance working relationships.
- Claim & Contract Management Skills in correspondences with Client and Consultant.
- A deep understanding of T/L design including plan profile, selection of foundations, clearances etc.
- Knowledge of steel towers, hardware material.
- Overseeing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly reports to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Ability to manage FAT, Type Test Schedules
- Ability to check measurement sheets, progress invoices
- Continuous daily tracking of Project with all stakeholders including Client, Consultant, site team and Subcontractors including site progress, material, construction and commissioning phases
- An advanced level of MS. Excel usage
- MS. Project, Outlook, Word, PLS-CAD/ Ultralight
- Presentable and have good communication skills
- Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Getting used to work in flexible scheduling depending on workload
- No smoking
