This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Reservations Agent. The Sales & Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling and closing the Hajj & Umrah Queries/reservations providing excellent customer service, and assisting with travel and tourism inquiries. The agent will also be responsible for sales-related targets.
Qualifications:
- The candidate should be a Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in reservations and customer service
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
Sales Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems (GDS)
- Experience with Hajj and Umrah travel
- Willing to work in Night Shifts (US Office Hours)
- Only short listed candidates will be interviewed on zoom.
