We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our distribution, sales, and stock records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of accounting practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all distribution expenses, sales, and stock levels.
- Expense Management: Track and report all costs associated with distribution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Sales Recording: Document all sales transactions, including invoices, receipts, and customer details.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management.
- Communication: Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to gather necessary data and provide insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in record-keeping, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
