- Run payroll for Factories on monthly basis within the defined time frame
- Ledger posting with respect to salary, wages, overtime and other relevant payments
- Maintain and update attendance of employees in the system and leaves management
- Coordination with internal audit department with respect to any discrepancies that relate to salary, tax, loans and advances
- Arrangement of working for EOBI and Social Security schedules on monthly basis
- Monthly payment of salary Tax deduction & prepare PSID of Tax
- Prepare working for annual increment
- Prepare complete working for Group life Insurance & Health Insurance management
- Prepare piece rate wage of Vending workers
- Manage all the matters of Provident Fund markup allocation & record keeping
- Processes all medical claims and responsible to verify the required documents
- Looking after all the issues related to employee’s life insurance including addition/deletion and insurance claim/fee submission.
- Timely preparation of final settlement amount for resigned employees.
- Any other assignment given by Management
- Strong Grip on MS Office
