ScaledAI is seeking a highly skilled Meta Media Buyer to join our dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency. This full-time role focuses on managing and optimizing Meta lead-generation campaigns with an emphasis on achieving measurable results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record handling significant ad spend, particularly within the U.S. market, and demonstrates a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and the technical aspects of tracking such as Facebook Pixel and CAPI. In this role, you will lead a team of two, taking full ownership of campaign strategies, execution, and performance outcomes while collaborating closely with the broader team to drive growth and success.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Meta lead-generation campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and lead quality.
Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend closely and daily.
Test and iterate on ad creatives, audience segments, offers, and funnel strategies to identify and scale high-performing elements.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Collaborate with the team on strategic planning and campaign performance analysis to refine marketing approaches.
Take full ownership of assigned accounts, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and delivery of results.
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of two media buyers to improve campaign efficiency and support company goals.
Ensure accurate setup and management of Facebook Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and other tracking tools to maintain campaign integrity.
Maintain a competitive mindset and stay abreast of industry trends, platform changes, and new opportunities to innovate.
Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and stakeholders regarding campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
