Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Appointment Setter to support team. The ideal candidate will engage with qualified prospects, understand their requirements, schedule appointments for the sales team, and follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through professional communication.
Understand prospect requirements and determine their level of interest.
Qualify leads before scheduling appointments.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment and conversion opportunities.
Handle prospect queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up activities.
Update lead statuses and relevant information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

Intermediate, Undergraduate, O Levels, or A Levels.
1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telesales, cold calling, or business development.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently engage and follow up with prospects.
Persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic CRM and lead-management proficiency.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving appointment goals.
Previous call center or sales experience is preferred.
