Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Cold Caller to join team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, generating interest, identifying potential business opportunities, and qualifying leads for further follow-up by the sales team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce company services and identify potential business opportunities.
Engage prospects professionally and understand their requirements.
Qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
Follow approved sales scripts and communication guidelines.
Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and prospect interactions.
Update lead information and statuses in the CRM.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve daily and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements

Intermediate, Undergraduate, O Levels, or A Levels.
1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, sales, or business development.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in speaking with prospective customers.
Persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
Basic CRM and lead-management proficiency.
Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
Previous call center or sales experience is preferred.
