Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Lead Creative Graphics Designer – eCommerce to lead the development of visually engaging, conversion-focused designs for leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketplace design, creative direction, brand consistency, and team collaboration while creating impactful visual assets that improve customer engagement, CTR, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative and visually compelling design concepts tailored for ecommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategy.
Create high-impact visual assets such as A+ content, product listings, banners, and promotional materials that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Lead the design process from concept through execution, applying ecommerce design strategies to optimize user experience and increase click-through rates.
Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all digital assets, ensuring a cohesive brand presence on multiple marketplace platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure designs meet business goals and enhance customer interaction.
Manage digital asset libraries and maintain organized workflows to ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop CC, to produce high-quality designs and mockups.
Stay updated on the latest trends in ecommerce design, marketplace requirements, and creative innovations to continuously improve design output.
Analyze performance data related to visual content to refine design strategies for better customer engagement and higher sales.
Support the development of brand guidelines and creative standards for marketplace presentations and ecommerce channels.
