Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – eCommerce to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in the e-commerce industry and gain hands-on experience working across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and other digital platforms.

The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product handling, and digital business processes while working with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Support daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
Assist in product listing creation, updates, and optimization.
Manage product data, catalogs, pricing, and inventory information.
Support marketplace performance monitoring and operational reporting.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Assist in improving product visibility and customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
Learn and implement marketplace best practices and operational processes.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
Explore new tools, trends, and strategies within the e-commerce industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong academic background (A/O Levels or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program).
Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and online business.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and learning-oriented environment.
