Product Business Analyst

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 100,000+ (Commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst – Software Products with hands-on experience in software product analysis, requirement gathering, user story development, wireframing, and Agile project management.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software development teams by translating complex requirements into clear, actionable, development-ready tasks.

Experience with Jira, Figma, APIs, Agile/Scrum, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional product requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and actionable development tasks.
Create wireframes, process flows, and user journeys using Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Manage Jira tickets, product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and sprint refinements.
Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, and other product documentation.
Understand API integrations, databases, and frontend/backend workflows to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Identify product gaps, streamline workflows, and recommend improvements.
Leverage Claude and other AI tools for requirements documentation, ticket refinement, and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Analyst working on software products.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and software development workflows.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, and acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with Jira and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
Working knowledge of APIs, databases, and software integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to independently convert business requirements into development-ready specifications.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on SaaS platforms or web/mobile applications.
Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and basic SQL.
Experience using Claude or similar AI-powered tools for documentation and workflow automation.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
