Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

This role is suitable for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
