Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead sales operations, manage a sales team, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate sales expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in managing sales pipelines and business development activities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, supervise, and support the sales team in achieving individual and team goals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Present properties to potential buyers and conduct client meetings.
Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows.
Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.
Coordinate office facilities and vendor-related requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales and office management.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and working in target-driven environments.
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management.
Must have personal transport for property visits and business meetings.
