Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Automation Expert to design, build, implement, and maintain scalable automation systems and client solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise in workflow automation, CRM integrations, APIs, AI Voice Agents, and business process automation.

The selected candidate will work on automation solutions for international/Swiss clients and should be capable of independently developing reliable and reusable workflows.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Build, implement, and maintain automation systems and client solutions.
Develop CRM and pipeline automations for lead management and business processes.
Configure lead capture, qualification, and automated appointment-booking workflows.
Build automated WhatsApp, SMS, and email sequences.
Develop and manage AI-powered inbound and outbound voice agents.
Integrate CRM platforms with calendars, APIs, automation tools, and third-party systems.
Build workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, or similar platforms.
Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Create reusable automation systems and templates for multiple clients.
Troubleshoot automation issues and monitor system performance.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n.
Practical experience with AI Voice Agent platforms such as Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
Experience with CRM and sales pipeline automation.
Ability to integrate AI Voice Agents with CRMs, calendars, and automated workflows.
Ability to independently design scalable and reusable automation solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, CRM integration, workflow development, or AI-based automation solutions.
