Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with customers via various channels (phone, email, live chat) to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
Sales Generation: Actively promote Scarlex products/services, identify sales opportunities, and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product/service offerings, stay updated on new features, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to align strategies, improve processes, and contribute to overall company goals.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to management for continual improvement.
