Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with employers, insurance companies, hospitals, and medical centers through phone, email, and fax to obtain records pertinent to workers' compensation and personal injury cases.
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to questions regarding subpoenas, authorizations, attestations, and related legal matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms with attention to detail and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, organize workload, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
