Scheduling Specialist

Lifespan Euro Med Spa is seeking a full-time Scheduling Specialist to join their team remotely. This role involves managing and coordinating client appointments, maintaining clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be familiar with medical terminology and able to maintain accuracy in scheduling within a healthcare setting. The position requires working scheduled hours aligned with the USA Central Standard Time zone, typically between 9 am and 7 pm, which may include nighttime shifts. The workweek will consist of 32 to 40 hours spread over 4 to 5 days, with specific days determined after training. Flexibility in availability is important, and candidates should confirm if this schedule suits them.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate client appointments efficiently to optimize scheduling flow
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate use of medical terminology in all scheduling and documentation tasks
- Audit schedules regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and send reports detailing provider activities as required
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective follow-up
- Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and performance expectations
- Collaborate with team members and providers to support smooth operational processes

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in appointment scheduling and organizational management
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to the healthcare or spa industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with auditing schedules and reporting provider activities
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
