The Role:
We are seeking an admissions officer with experience in screening and processing admissions.
Document collection, preparation, and review process.
Answering and making phone and email inquiries.
Database management & client onboarding. Maintaining client documents to our database.
Skills & Experience required:
Ideally MA English Male or Female who are exceptional in English.
Experience working in an admin/admissions role with working understanding of application procedures.
General knowledge with regards to various documents needed and Statement of Purpose, Cover Letters etc.
Ability to adapt to new software. An excellent telephone etiquette.
Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
Strong, clear communication skills written and verbal. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. The ability to hit the ground running and add value with minimal supervision.
