Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously. The candidate must stay knowledgeable about changes in immigration policies and educational trends to offer comprehensive support to clients. Excellent organizational skills and a client-focused approach are essential to help students achieve successful placement in international universities and colleges.
Responsibilities

Provide professional counseling to students and their families on overseas education opportunities and admission procedures.
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and institutions based on their academic background, interests, and career objectives.
Guide students through application processes, including preparation of necessary documents and submission deadlines.
Ensure students understand visa requirements and immigration regulations pertinent to their destination countries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational systems, policies, and procedural changes in Europe, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, and other European countries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with representatives of international educational institutions.
Track application progress and communicate effectively with institutions and students to resolve any issues arising during the admission process.
Provide after-admission support, including preparation for travel, accommodation arrangements, and orientation services.
Conduct outreach activities and informational sessions to promote overseas education programs and services offered by Scholarly Education and Migration Services.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes to ensure quality service and compliance with company standards.
