School Coordinator

The Orchid School’s Malir Campus is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Coordinator with a strong background in Early Years and Primary education. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing academic and administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, students, and parents. This position requires a professional who is well-versed in curriculum implementation and teaching practices specific to early childhood and primary levels, and who can lead with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily academic operations and administrative tasks within the school.
- Coordinate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and support the implementation of Early Years and Primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct classroom observations to ensure teaching quality and adherence to school standards.
- Lead and motivate academic staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and other coordination duties essential to school functioning.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in school coordination, academic management, or administration.
- Strong understanding of Early Years and Primary education curriculum and teaching practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or a related field.
- Prior experience working within a school environment is preferred.
