School Coordinator (Science Background)

HR Force International is seeking four dedicated School Coordinators for Peace Education Foundation, located in Hussain Khan Wala Village, Kasur. The ideal candidates will be experienced educators with a strong science background who can effectively support teachers and ensure smooth daily operations within the school. This role requires hands-on involvement in both academic and administrative tasks to maintain a high standard of education and school management.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily academic and administrative activities of the school to ensure efficient operations.
- Support and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom management to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assist in maintaining academic quality and uphold school standards consistently.
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and management to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for school management review.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a teaching role is essential.
- A science background with a degree such as BSc, MSc, or an equivalent qualification in a science discipline.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to support staff and engage with stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at Hussain Khan Wala Village, Kasur.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in coordinating or supervising academic staff is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with school administration processes will be an advantage.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs25,000.
