- Minimum of five years of experience in education field
- Demonstrated Effective Leadership Ability
- Act as a general advisor and objective sounding board for the education team
- Train newly recruited staff members and allocate them work to streamline team objectives and projects
- Ensure the insitute has proper education internally and that team members are up to date when speaking about the brand
