School Principal

We are looking for experienced and dynamic School Principals to lead academic excellence, institutional growth, and overall school operations at a prominent educational institution in Pakistan. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in school leadership, academic administration, faculty management, and student development. They should demonstrate a proven ability to uphold high educational standards while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This opportunity is available in Lahore and Peshawar.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving academic performance and student outcomes.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff and academic leadership teams to ensure professional growth and accountability.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and assessment practices are consistently followed.
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with parents, students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and uphold discipline, safeguarding standards, and promote a positive school culture.
- Manage school resources, staffing, and day-to-day operational activities efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality, student engagement, and overall institutional performance.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a related discipline; possession of B.Ed. or M.Ed. is considered an advantage.
- Substantial experience in school administration and academic leadership roles.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Deputy Head, Campus Head, or senior academic leader is essential.
- Strong understanding of curriculum management, teacher development, student assessment, and school operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of improving academic standards and effectively managing faculty teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Background
Candidates currently working with or having recent experience in reputable school networks such as Beaconhouse School System, Roots School System, The City School, Lahore Grammar School (LGS), or Froebel’s International School are highly encouraged to apply.
