School Teacher

We are looking for passionate and qualified School Teachers to join our educational team at Bahria Town Karachi. The ideal candidates will have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality education within a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach assigned subjects effectively, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly environment.
- Assess students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide additional academic support when necessary.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, maintain attendance records, and update academic documentation regularly.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and overall development.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, school events, and other academic activities.
- Ensure students’ safety, well-being, and adherence to school policies at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance teaching standards and improve learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. qualification will be preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience in a recognized school is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, student assessment, and basic computer applications.
- A passion for teaching, patience, professionalism, and a strong commitment to student academic development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates residing in Bahria Town Karachi will be preferred due to the school’s location and commuting convenience. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the teacher’s presence at the school campus.
