Script Writer

Biztek Apps, based onsite at Walton Road, Defence Mor, Lahore, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to join their team full-time. The role focuses on developing high-converting scripts tailored specifically for the US e-commerce and digital markets. Candidates will work primarily during night shifts to align with US time zones. The ideal applicant will have the ability to transform product ideas and customer insights into compelling video ad scripts, short-form content, and brand narratives. The use of modern AI tools, including Google Flow, is integral to enhancing the ideation and production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and persuasive scripts for video advertisements, UGC-style content, product videos, explainers, and social media campaigns.
- Create strong hooks, storylines, voiceovers, and calls-to-action that effectively resonate with US audiences.
- Conduct in-depth research on products, competitors, market trends, and top-performing ads to inform script development.
- Utilize AI tools such as Google Flow for ideation, storyboarding, scene planning, and video generation.
- Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure scripts are brought to life effectively.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback and ad performance metrics to optimize results.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all content.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional scriptwriting experience.
- Proven experience writing for the US market, preferably within e-commerce or digital advertising sectors.
- Excellent command of written English with a natural, conversational American tone.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, particularly Google Flow.
- Strong storytelling skills combined with a solid understanding of advertising psychology and audience behavior.
- Ability to work onsite during night shifts at Walton Road, Lahore.
- A portfolio or samples of previous scripts demonstrating relevant experience.
