Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring all stakeholder needs are clearly understood and documented.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to identify risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—developers, testers, and project managers—to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and clarify needs.
- Perform business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and deepen domain knowledge relevant to the supported business areas.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of business analysis best practices and standards within the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while taking responsibility for team success.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputed university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and contribute positively to team dynamics.
