Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery processes and support high-performing software development teams in successfully executing digital platform initiatives. This role requires driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing team collaboration, and removing obstacles that impact delivery performance. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development Teams to ensure effective Agile implementation and continuous improvement across all project workstreams, aligned with SOW 4.1–4.8. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and a proven track record in supporting large-scale digital platform or enterprise technology solution deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Coaching:
Lead and facilitate Agile and Scrum processes across development teams, promoting Agile values, principles, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Support the development of Agile maturity and capability within project teams.

Scrum Ceremonies & Sprint Management:
Organize and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Coordinate backlog refinement and grooming sessions with Product Owners and development teams. Ensure sprint goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated. Monitor sprint progress and assist teams in meeting their commitments. Track team velocity, sprint performance, and other Agile delivery metrics.

Team Coordination & Collaboration:
Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, UX teams, and stakeholders. Encourage open communication and teamwork across project workstreams. Support alignment between business priorities and technical delivery activities. Help teams maintain focus on project objectives and delivery commitments while fostering a self-organizing, high-performing environment.

Impediment & Risk Management:
Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and delivery. Escalate risks, dependencies, and issues as needed. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve challenges affecting project timelines. Promote proactive risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth workflows and efficient delivery.

Delivery Governance & Reporting:
Monitor Agile delivery performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain Agile artifacts, sprint reports, and team performance metrics. Support release planning and delivery coordination activities. Ensure compliance with Agile governance practices and contribute to project reporting, planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

Project Delivery (SOW 4.1 – 4.8):
Support the successful delivery of platform modules and project milestones. Align Agile processes with project governance and delivery requirements. Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and development teams to ensure timely delivery of prioritized features. Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Ensure Agile practices contribute to achieving project objectives and maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile teams and delivering digital platform or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills with a comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
