- Maintain the Jira board for the project (CARE), ensuring every in-flight item has a clear owner, acceptance criteria, and current status.
- Collaborate with the Director and requirements owners to refine the backlog, ensuring tickets meet the definition of ready before being pulled into work.
- Monitor blocked and aging items daily, escalating cross-team dependencies and unresolved blockers to the Director within one business day.
- Publish a weekly delivery report highlighting completed items, blocked or aging tasks, and any risks.
- Confirm closure of operational issues with the reporter and coordinate release readiness with QA and DevOps teams.
- Report key flow metrics including throughput, cycle time, work-item age, and escaped defects.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Kanban boards and Agile delivery processes for software teams.
- Proficiency in Jira administration, including managing boards, workflows, filters, and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to facilitate meetings, escalate risks directly, and provide accurate written status reports.
- Ability to read and understand pull requests and deployment pipelines at a basic level.
- Willingness and ability to work remotely during US time zone hours (6 PM to 3 AM).
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Kanban certification such as Kanban University KMP or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification is preferred.
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs250,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Candidates will be asked during the application process if they can manage a remote job aligned with the US time zone and to provide their expected salary. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to critical software delivery in a regulated environment.
