Scrum Master - PostEx

PostEx is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading agile ceremonies and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. This position requires hands-on experience in agile delivery, business analysis, and proficient use of Jira for managing backlogs and sprints. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for documenting both technical and functional requirements. Experience in Fintech or Logistics domains will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth team collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking using Jira.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers or impediments that may impact delivery timelines.
- Ensure all technical and functional documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and regularly updated.
- Work with stakeholders to align product goals with business expectations and priorities.
- Promote agile best practices across teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and provide support during development releases.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with demonstrated business analysis skills.
- Strong expertise in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and task tracking.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and team coordination abilities.
- Proven capability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
