Scrum Master - PostEx

PostEx is seeking a skilled Scrum Master based in Lahore to lead agile ceremonies and serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agile delivery, business analysis, and proficient use of Jira for managing backlogs and sprints. This role requires strong documentation skills to capture both technical and functional requirements clearly. Experience in Fintech or Logistics sectors will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth team collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements effectively.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and well-defined acceptance criteria. Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and progress tracking using Jira.
- Proactively identify and resolve any blockers or impediments that may impact delivery timelines.
- Maintain and continuously update comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product goals and business expectations.
- Advocate for agile best practices across teams and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and provide support during development releases.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with strong business analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and task tracking.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
