SD - Consultant - L2

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (S/4 HANA) Consultant with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD and Customer Service (CS) modules, with hands-on experience in at least two full end-to-end SAP SD implementations. This role offers opportunities across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, New Delhi, and Mumbai. The consultant will work closely with clients and senior management, providing expert guidance and support in SAP SD and related processes, particularly in industries such as FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Pharma, Cement, and Textiles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute a minimum of two full SAP SD end-to-end implementation projects, demonstrating deep functional knowledge and practical experience.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD modules within live environments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Take on leadership responsibilities with at least one year of experience in a team lead role, effectively communicating with senior management and clients.
- Configure SAP SD and CS modules, including integration with PP, MM, FI, and PS modules.
- Apply strong consulting skills to assist clients in optimizing customer service processes.
- Manage SAP CS master data and technical object management, including business processes such as refurbishment and preventive maintenance.
- Define and configure notification types, status profiles, action profiles, and warranties within SAP CS.
- Handle AMC, onsite repair, in-house repair, and third-party repair processes.
- Configure service orders with resource-related billing and DIP profiles.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces, and custom functionalities.
- Utilize user exits, BAPIs, and data migration tools such as LSMW, BDC, and LTMC.
- Work on domestic projects involving GST taxation compliance and configuration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications, or an MBA.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly in SAP SD and CS modules.
- Proven experience in at least two full end-to-end SAP SD implementations.
- Functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GST and VAT taxation.
- Experience working in industries such as FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Pharma, Cement, or Textiles.
- Ability to write detailed functional specifications and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CS business processes including technical object management and service order configuration.
- Experience with integration points across SAP modules (PP/MM/FI/PS).
