SD - Senior Consultant - L3

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (S/4 HANA) Consultant with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The position is open across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi. Candidates should be available to join immediately or within 30 days. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD modules, particularly in S/4 HANA environments, and a proven track record of at least two end-to-end greenfield implementations. This role involves working closely with clients to design, build, and configure SAP solutions that align with business needs while supporting ongoing operations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD applications.
- Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including business sponsors, IT leadership, subject matter experts, architects, and project managers to develop technical solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
- Handle L2 and L3 support tickets and customer requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in cross-module development projects and implement solutions for non-standard requirements alongside functional consultants.
- Work closely with consultants from ABAP, logistics, sales, finance, and production planning to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Support business users during testing phases and manage the implementation of fixes and enhancements in production environments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align new developments with the overall project roadmap and ensure smooth integration with other platform components.
- Manage communication and collaboration across onsite and offshore teams, maintaining productivity across multiple time zones.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts, based on customer requirements.
- Apply support methodologies effectively within Application Management Services (AMS) projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically within the SD module.
- Strong understanding of sales order processing, pricing concepts, credit management, invoice and delivery processing, delivery scheduling, shipment, batch management, rebates and agreements, packing, third-party sales processes, stock transport orders (STO), and intercompany sales processes.
- Exposure to interfaces such as ALE/IDOC and EDI/IDOC, including output determination, text determination, account determination, transfer of requirements, availability checks, and batch job setup.
- Proven experience in data migration, WRICEF development coordination, and basic debugging skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, estimate efforts, design solutions, and support testing and implementation phases.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with other modules like MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Experience interfacing SAP with third-party applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong presentation and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, focusing on efficiency and delivering business value.
- Experience working with onsite-offshore teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
