SDET Lead Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for both web and API testing.
- Develop robust automated test scripts primarily using Playwright and other relevant automation tools.
- Drive the automation strategy and implement best practices across multiple projects.
- Integrate automated test suites seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
- Proficiency in API automation using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or similar.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
