SDET Trainee

Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively in the QA Automation team’s activities, supporting software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in creating and executing test cases, including automated scripts, to ensure software reliability and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the onshore R&D team as part of the resource-center team to aid development projects.
- Analyze software systems to detect complexities, weaknesses, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support the collection, management, and analysis of data related to testing outcomes.
- Document testing results clearly and communicate effectively within the team.
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates, soon-to-be graduates, or fresh graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance/testing principles.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting, preferably with Object-Oriented Programming experience in C#.
- Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with various application types and software architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
