SDR / Outreach Intern (Remote, Unpaid)

Hexicle is a dynamic digital agency focused on delivering high-performance web platforms, native mobile applications, and AI-driven business automation solutions for clients across the United States. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our outreach team and seeking a motivated SDR / Outreach Intern. This role is designed to convert our research pipeline into booked meetings, providing valuable hands-on experience in outbound sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns using approved messaging frameworks, avoiding generic mass emails.
- Consistently follow up on outreach sequences until a definitive response (yes or no) is received.
- Manage inbound replies, qualifying genuine interest from prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings and coordinate handoff to the founder for sales calls.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation team to meet shared pipeline targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong written English skills, as the role primarily involves crafting written communication.
- Prior exposure to cold outreach, sales, or customer-facing communication through internships, freelance work, or coursework.
- Comfortable using shared CRM systems or tracking tools rather than personal notes.
- Consistent availability for a minimum of 2–3 hours per day.
- High attention to detail with a strong preference for personalized messaging over generic outreach.
