Act as a point of contact for all employees on administrative support and manage queries on a regular basis

  •  Manage office supplies stock and place orders as per requirements
  • Prepare and maintain reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Update company database and records on a daily basis
  • Assist employees in making travel/ transport arrangements if needed
  • Ensure and maintain strict confidentiality of company records and database
  • Check attendance of security guards and make arrangements for additional guards if needed
  •  Ensure CCTV arrangements are operational and upto the mark
  • To ensure that car parking is secure and company dedicated parking spaces remain available solely for SDS-IT employees

Job Requirements & Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
  •  2-5 years of relevant experience in similar domain
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
